The Fatherday party at the Embassy of Thailand !!

The Embassy would like to know that how many of us are visiting the Fatherday party on the 4 of Dec because they'll need to prepare enough stuff for all guest that are coming.

INFORMATIONS
: We're able to sleep overnight at P'Tong house from 4 to 6 Dec in totally. PS - Sleep on the floor. Two rooms for us, they're one for boys and the another is for girls.
: P'Tong told me that the party will be during the night but it'll probably be better if we all are able to arrive at the Embassy in the morning on the 4 Dec, incase we may help to organize some parts of the party as an exchange students from Thailand.

I'm going for the trip to the south on 25 Nov and the trip ends on 3 Dec, so hopefully I'll need to catch a plane from Neuquen to BaAs and will arrive at the Embassy during the morning till noon. I'll be at BaAs from 4 to 7 Dec then I'm heading home 7 Dec during the night.

If anyones are able to past or to contact with others plz past this information to them and remind them to contact or text me back soon as possible in AFSer board or my cellphone !!

After the 4 Dec party night we're hopefully free for a little short also the very last vocation together from 5 to 7 Dec before our last camp and return back to BKK afterwards which had already been dated as you guys know it so. It'll be gorgeously nice if you guys can join and meet up also the very last travel trip together in general together my friends. Don't forget to bring with you something to cook or some thai ingredients or even some instant stuff will be fine. I'm pretty sure that we're able to cook and enjoy it together somehow !!

PS1 : I want all names also how long you guys will spend overnight in totally at BaAs before 23 Nov !!
PS2 :  The names that enter after 23 Nov won't be accept by me. I'll send all names on the 23 of Nov is the very dead-line. If it's after you will need to contact the embassy yourself to let them know you're going !!

I'm planning for a two days trip at BaAs right now. The very main idea is the funpark that I'm going to visit also you guys it you want to. Plz share some idea here by posting it so it'll probably easier for me to organize also we can enjoy it all together.

Hope to see you guys there. The returning already been dated, just a very time of journey left for us so write it well as a precious past of our memories to memorize it a life time !!

New Fact : We should bring with each of us our formal clothes for the party in advance. Boys are obviously should be a suit, if not it should be somethind very polite also well dress. Girls has a little more choices of dressing but still should be well formal dress. So at least we all will need one formal clothes with each of us fod celebrating the Fatherday party at the Embassy of Thailand !!

caz my host called to embassdor and p'tong isnt here (in ARG) until 3
so my host want to know all the details that who will takecare us when we r there
bla blaa etc. caz Bsas is so dangerous and she's worry/scare
